Pour cement pad with utils and plumbing built-in. Bolt on cargo containers to the pad. They should be pretty strong and durable , and they can all be replaced quick if destroyed.
More expensive underground wiring should be used for power on island. Add in high speed internet. Dug one trench perp to front / back for everything.
